Alexander Technique Open Day
It's been a week since I worked together with some amazing Alexander teachers and lots of lovely people that joined our Open Day.
Seeing all these people "Alexandering" together filled me with joy, and one thought that has stayed with me;
how beautiful it is to bring the sense of community into the Alexander work.
I'd like to keep this thought with me moving forward and planning the next exciting steps.
